• For each of your dependants aged 18 years or older at the time you apply, one of the following (this is not required to be demonstrated at the time you lodge your application; however, your application will not be finalised until this evidence is provided):
• 随行的年满18周岁的申请者，需要满足以下任一条件：
o They have functional English.
o 他们具备英语水平
o If they have less than functional English, a statement indicating that you intend to pay the second visa application charge.
o 他们不具备英语水平，你打算支付第二笔签证申请费用的声明。

functional English要求雅思四项平均分为4.5分，申请签证前一年内的成绩有效，原文如下：
An International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test result of an average band score of at least 4.5 based on the four test components of speaking, reading, listening and writing. Your test must have been completed within 12 months of visa application lodgement or can be completed during visa application processing.
