My name is Nina. Francis and I am in Class 3B.
我的名字是Nina。Francis和我在3B班。

语法错误在第二句，虽然正常情况下 I 后面应该是am， 但是francis和我是两个人，相当于说we，所以应该接are表复数而不是am。

举例：My mom and I are going to the park---We are going to the park.
Are Mike and his friends coming? ---- Are they coming?

但是注意，一定要是and才会是复数，如果原句变成：Francis和我都不在3B班
可以翻译成 Francis and I aren't in Class 3B. 这时两个人还是一个整体，所以用are。
如果翻译成 Neither Francis nor I am in Class 3B. 中文虽然将两个人划为一个整体，但是英文里neither是将两个个体分开了的，这里动词就要根据离得最近的主语（这里是I）来变化，变成am。

如果我改变一下句子形态（句子意思相同），你就会看到，动词都是单数：
Francis isn't in Class 3B, neither am I.
Neither of us is in Class 3B.

Either 和 Neither 同理。
