Five reasons why young people do buy houses: 1. Young people don't have enough money to buy; 2. Their careers are yet to be settled so they don't know where they may live in the future; 3. They want to maintain certain life style instead of being slaves to pay off mortgages; 4. It is much easier to afford a house with future spouse; 5. They wait for their parents to pay for them when the parents finally can stand them.

1.The prices of houses are usually very expensive,and young people can not afford them.

3.They can save the money to buy cars,go to travel and so on.
4.Having bought housese,they still.have a lot of things to buy for their house.
5.Sometimes it will be more flexible when they do not have houses.
