In our school, sports is really important for everyone. In sports training, there are varieties of sports to chose from. Basketball, netball, badminton, tennis and hockey. And if your team is the best,you will be able to represent your school to attempt competitons with other schools. My favourite sport is tennis, it is a really interesting sport to play. And remember, you have to do some warm up excercise before you start playing sports, just incase that you might hurt yourself during the game.
playing Spots can keep you healthy and fit, and also balance your school life and release you from busy school works. During sports trainings, you also can make many new friends. As you can see, playing sport has many benefits! So why not give it a try on playing a sport?

Now it is on P.E lessons and it is time for sports!
There many kinds of sports that we can join in.At P.Elessons we can do many sports that we like.Many boys always play basketball at playgrand on P.E lesson ,and girls prefer to jumps or to run.
I think:sports can change of students' health and study,and change of school life .So,why don't we having sports with friends in school now?
