用rsync命令，例如rsync -avzP -e ssh folder_A/* 172.29.30.1:/root/home/folder_A根据需求，选择正确参数，见 man rsync
建议用移动硬盘会方便些。先在A上做个复制文件，再剪切到移动硬盘上。如果文件很大，网上传输很不方便。
