Abstract: Non-government lending, also known as "non-government credit" or "personal credit", refers to the credit that an individual resident provided to a collective or among themselves. It is usually done in a way with negotiable interest rates and direct deal which have been in existence of a long history. In recent years, as the government adjusts its interest rate policy which makes it difficult for farmers to get microcredit loans, the non-government lending market becomes more active and is characterized with expansion of loan scale and diversity of loan usage, thus increases its impact on the financial and draws extensive attention and great concern of the society, especially the financial industry.
