（switch前最好加the，regestied的正确写法是registered）
首先，英语有两个或三个which都是正常的，并不是很复杂。非要去掉的话，那就用后置定语吧。
The switch will only forward frame to the ports which connected to receiver registered in the group already.（registered in the group already 是 receiver的后置定语）

个人意见：第一个which可以不要，直接用connected，done形式作定语。后面的which改成who.
