父母已经移民加拿大，子女团聚移民方便吗？

如果子女已成人，那就要和其它人一样提出技术移民申请，挺难的！但在22岁以下还在读书的还有希望！

The answer is no.

When your parents applied for business immigration, Immigration Canada would have assessed all dependent children, regardless they would be coming or not. Probably, you were not on the list.

Why were you not on the list? You are no longer a dependent of the applicant (your parents), because you are married.

Dependent children are those under 22 and never married. For those above 22, they have to remain never married and they have to financially depend on the parents because of school or disability.

You are not qualified, however, you can apply for skilled labour category and receive 5 to 10 points from your parents. You still need to qualify by obtaining 67 points based on your education and etc.
